Lorraine helped us move from the Portland, OR area in 2020. She listened to our needs and helped us find a house that was in a small community, where I could work at home. (The house was large enough to put a garage office inside). Fast forward to the end of 2021, it was time to move from Oregon, for family health reasons. This time, Lorraine helped us sell the house. She gave us an honest appraisal about the house's worth and helped us with suggestions on things that needed to be fixed for a VA or FHA loan, as our house was in the right price range to attract that buyer.
