Kristin joined Pacific Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2007 with her prime focus on property management of commercial buildings. With a strong finance and construction background, she handles all Client Trust Accounts, providing monthly financials to Clients in addition to tenant relations, leases, building repair needs, and tenant build-outs.

She has worked in business finance and office management for over 30 years. She applies this knowledge in her own business, as well. She consults with business owners focusing on their business accounting systems, processes, and procedures to increase their business capital. She possesses a strong understanding of business operations in a variety of industries from computer manufacturing to subdivision development. She expanded her qualifications by acquiring her broker’s license to further her career in real estate and better accommodate her clients’ business needs.

Kristin moved to Eugene, Oregon in 1992 from Spokane, Washington. She is a very proud mom of three young adults. She enjoys hiking, rock climbing, camping, white water rafting, and outdoor adventures with her family and friends. For solitude, you will find her in her garden or reading a thick novel.
