Eric Jungjohann Principal Broker

Eric established Pacific Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1987 to provide real estate asset management with a focus on multi-tenant retail and office properties. Forming the company was a natural extension of Eric’s interest in renovation and preservation of historic buildings and his education at the University of Oregon, School of Architecture. He has worked continuously over the past twenty-four years with such renovation projects as the historic Schaefers Building and the 1920’s Eugene Professional Building counted in his resume. Eric’s forte is his understanding of building operational systems and structuring an income stream to economically and profitably preserve architecturally significant properties.

Eric’s personal interests include playing guitar and piano (educated at the University of California, Santa Barbara School of Music), Alpine skiing in winter, and sailing his Corsair Trimaran in summer. He and his wife, Kathleen (Senior Instructor of Education, University of Oregon) have resided in Eugene since 1976.
