Christian Fox Broker

Christian has been directly employed with, or consulting, institutional real estate investors and clients, in the western U.S. over the last 25 years. Clients have included private investment companies, national REITS, real estate partnerships, publicly traded companies, and natural resource companies. Natural resource companies have spanned from wine industry to timber.

Prior to joining PRES in 2010, Christian was employed for ten years at a private, natural resource company where he managed large commercial real estate assets in Oregon and Washington. He has worked with many national retailers in key cities from Eugene to Portland, to Seattle.

Christian completed his Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Oregon in 1986. In 1989 at Essex Property Corporation in Palo Alto, CA, he completed a two-year Real Estate Executive Training program.

He resides in Eugene, OR with his wife and three children.
